General Anaesthesia (GA) is advised for major dental surgical procedures (e.g Orthognathic surgery, Jaw fracture, trauma etc). General anaesthesia is the choice for children below 5 years, Mentally challenged patients and extremely anxious ones. Medical evaluation will be done by Anaesthetist before planning for GA.
